Our resort takes its name from Leonardo da Vinci, whose famous “Vitruvian Man” stands as a symbol of harmony, proportion, and balance. This ideal shapes our philosophy and forms the guiding principle of our house.
Leonardo da Vinci (1452–1519) was not only a brilliant painter, sculptor, and architect, but also a scientist, engineer, anatomist, and visionary. He continues to represent curiosity, creativity, and the unrelenting drive to understand the world in all its facets. His works united art and science, precision and beauty, logic and imagination.
With the Vitruvian Man, he created a timeless symbol that lives on in the Leonardo Med Spa Resort: we combine medical expertise and physical regeneration with artistic inspiration and a refined sense of space. Like Leonardo himself, we strive for a holistic understanding of human beings – as a unity of body, mind, and soul. Architecture, artworks, and treatments follow this idea: they are meant not only to heal or beautify, but also to inspire, invigorate, and create inner balance.
The Leonardo Med Spa Resort is therefore a homage to the Renaissance of wellbeing – a place where knowledge, creativity, and the art of living come together, just as Leonardo once embodied.
