At its heart lies the active path to greater wellbeing – physically and mentally.
Many people spend too much time sitting or put one-sided strain on their bodies. Lack of movement, monotonous postures, and too little compensatory activity can lead to back and joint problems, tension, and exhaustion. The GVA program directly addresses these issues, helping to prevent complaints and ease existing limitations.
During your three-week stay, you will benefit from targeted movement therapies, individual training, relaxation exercises, and motivating health workshops – all under medical supervision and supported by methods of physical medicine. The goal is to develop healthy routines that remain effective long after your stay.
